Where is cardigan?

Cardigan is a mountain located in Alexandria, NH. There is a lodge located at the bottom of the mountain at 43 degrees North, 38 minutes, 59 seconds, 71 degrees West, 52 minutes, and 40 seconds. The mountain is located about 300 meters west of the lodge, at 43 degrees North, 38 minutes, 55 seconds, 71 degrees West, 54 minutes, and 53 seconds. Cardigan is North and a little West of Hopkinton, NH.

What is Cardigan like?

Cardigan Mountain is a small mountain in Alexandria, NH. The mountain is directly connected to Firescrew Mountain. Both mountains have bald peaks. Some trees at Cardigan are the Ash Tree (the one with multiple leaves counting as one), which I saw a lot of on the final stretch of the first hike. Birch, which I kept on seeing in splotches. Hemlock, (the one that tilts) which I saw at welton falls, and many other evergreen trees. There are also lots of glacial erratics at Cardigan, boulders moved by glaciers.

On Cardigan, there are lots of hiking trails. There is also a ski trail. At the peak of Cardigan, there is a fire tower, one of the only two structures I know of on the mountain. The second structure is the AMC resort, including a lodge, road, and solar panels. All of this is located at the bottom of the mountain.

I was at Cardigan for three days, Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3.
