I woke up with a smile knowing we had a field trip ahead. When we got to school my friends hopped on the bus and we headed to Ordiorn Point. When we got there we put on our different shoes and went into the rocky waters, where we found hermit crabs, normal crabs, eal like animals, sea urchins, barnacles, and palnts like, rock ad knottedweed, kelp and other. After we were tired out of fun we headed to a delicous ice cream place with huge scoops. We had a blast and then headed to school where we got picked up.

Tidal zones form when the earth shifts and the moon pulls the water the other way around, revealing different areas of the ground which get covered by water. There are different areas of the ground which have different animals and plant life. There are four to be exact.

The Black zone is first, it is the most elevated zone and only gets a little bit of water compared to the other zones. It is mostly just rock and only had a little number of bacteria and small creatures.

The White zone is the second zone, with white barnacles all along the rocks, you can find crabs, starfish, sea urchins, and other animals. It gets a good amount of water,

The third zone is the Brown zone, it is covered with knotted and rockweed, kelp, and lots of sea plants. It gets lots of water, ur can find all the above and lobsters there.

The final zone is the Red zone, because of its red Irish Moss. It lives in between the rocks and gets lots of water. All of the above and fish can live in this area because of all its water.

I saw spiny sea urchins which were stuck to many things and were hiding attached to the rock. We saw many crabs under rocks in the shade, waiting for high tide. We also saw eel-like creators slithering around in the water around our legs. I saw a hermit crab hiding in a huge shell, and muscles with their strong cable-like attachments which I couldn't get unstuck.) your "what I saw paragraphs" here.

I think the Brown Zone was the most interesting and filled with life, I saw the most crabs there. I saw about 20 crabs, in that zone. It was amazing and fun, I also saw a lot of barnacles covering every rock that I saw. Also, lots of snails crawled along the rocks as well. I think It was the most populated because of how much water it got, while still being a little open and in the air, and because there was a lot of kelp and sea weed that could feed a lot of them or their prey.
