The Cardigan AMC lodge has the latitude of N 43 degrees 38 minutes 57 seconds and the longitude of W 71 degrees 52 minutes 38 seconds. The Hopkinton Middle High School is about 44.8 miles away from the AMC lodge. Mt fire screw is north of Cardigan by 7.0 miles. Newfound Lake is 26.4 miles East of cardigan. There are also many solar panels at the AMC lodge.
At Cardigan mountain there is a view towards the summit of the mountain where you can see many windmills. There are many trails/trail marks on the mountain. The mountain also has stonewalls and cellar holes. There is also an AMC Lodge at the bottom of the mountain that has solar panels and a metal roof. There are many campsites towards the bottom of the mountain for people to camp at. There is a fire tower at the summit of MT Cardigan with writing on it. These are all types of cultural geography!.
Cardigan is a mountain with thousands and thousands of trees. It has many types of trees such as scotch pine, spruce, and apple trees. The mountain also has rivers and a waterfall that comes out of bare rock. Towards the top of the mountain there is glacial erratic with lichen all over it. There are mushrooms everywhere on the mountain.
we were there for three days Day 1 and then again on Day 2 and then the last day Day 3 SEPT. 19, 20, 21 and it was amazing.
