There were two busses that we took to go to Odiorne once we got there we walked to the rocks wich was lining the oceon. Once we got all ready we started walking down to the water and started looking for things such as crabs, star fish , lobsters and many othor sea animals. Around the end of the trip we staarted playing football and then we got on the bus and got ice cream and then went home.

The Moon causes tides by pulling on the water on earth by its own gravity, thus making the water high tide on the facing side of the earth and the opposite to that move making a high tide.when the landmass that is on the top of the earth's face is a low tide along with the bottom facing side. As the earth rotates, different faces of the earth start to face the Moon causing tidal cycles.

At odiorne point there are these tidal zones on which are zones for the tides. There was the black zone which the reason it is called black zone is because cyanobacteria which is a bacteria that turns the rocks black. aAfter the black zone there is the white zone which still has the bacteria but is covered in barnacles which make white spots on the rock. The next zone is the brown zone which is turned brown from the kelp and other things. The next zone is the red zone and is red from the Irish moss.

At Odiorne point I saw baby and adult crabs ranging in many different sizes the crabs were mostly the green crab species. I also saw star fish and baby lobsters and a small amount of adult lobsters there were many sea urchins and snails. There was many sea weed mostly knotted wrack and rock-weed

WHERE is there the most variety, and WHY do you think this is?
