On day 3 I remember walking on a trail called Nature trail. When we stopped for lunch there you could see the river with trees and soft moss to sit on. After lunch we went over the river and there was a part where you could stand and look over the river. After that trail we went over to a field area when we used GPS to locate different kinds of trees. Then we found a broken down car near a place where people used to ski. When we finished looking at the car we sprinted down the hill at really fast speeds. Then we finished lunch and a chaperone yelled at us. At the end of the day we played red light green light while we waited for the bus to get there.
A good theme for day three is Regions. On day three we would go through trails and use maps which are a good example of regions. Also at the end of the day we used GPS to find different trees and we would have to find the area or region where the landmark is. Finally during day three we decided to stay in one area for the whole day and we didn’t leave that region at all. After that we stayed in the AMC lodge area and played games.
