Day 2 at Cardigan

Day 2 paragraph We got up in the morning and some of us had to go down and set the tables for breakfast. Once they were done setting the tables we went back up to our rooms for a little bit. Then we went back down for breakfast which was French toast. We got hot cocoa with breakfast had to have a half a cup. We got to choose where we sat. Most of us were already dressed and ready to go. We had 15 minutes of free time before we started to hike. All of us got in our groups and started to hike. My group hiked Fire screw and then up to the summit of Cardigan. I thought it was really fun hiking up to the top of both of the mountains. We had to stop a lot to take a snack break and sketch things around us. At the top of Cardigan Madi wanted to roll down a hill into bushes but she may have gotten told not to do it. Madi told me to look at the few upside down and I did that and it looked really cool I mean like really cool. When we were hiking down each of us got to walk a certain amount of steps all the way down. When we got to the base lodge we got to talk for a bit then another group had to set the tables. Both breakfast and dinner were really really good. That night instead of Mr.Woolner reading to us we went out to the fire and the people that work there told stories. Some of the stories were scary and some of them were funny. One of them was that we had to make it sound like we were raindrops hitting the roof of something. By the time we got inside it was already about 9:00 and went up to get ready to go to bed. THen we played games like truth or dare and other things before we went to bed.
