At cardigan we hiked a trail to the waterfall and on that trail we found the leftovers of a cellar basement from a long time ago. We also found a staircase made of roots on the trail. There was a railing around the falls. Also there was an outcropping in a rock that looks over the waterfall there were railings naled into the rock to keep us from falling out. When we got back we ate food grown from the surroundings. And that was day one at Cardigan. That paragraph showed human invironment interaction.
