Red Group
Our first day of our Cardigan trip we arrived at school a little after school started. We put all of our stuff on the back of Mr.Woolner’s trailer. Then we got on the bus and began moving out to Cardigan. The bus driver followed Mr. Woolner all the way to the lodge.
When we got to the lodge we started off with activities. We played team building games until they were ready for us. Then we split up into groups. I was in Garret's group. We started by eating lunch and doing a sketch of the lodge. After that we began our first hike to the waterfall. On the way up the mountain, we sketched trees, leaves, the ground, and the pretty waterfall that we hiked to. It was so beautiful.
We took a few more sketches then started on our way back. We began our walk back, and on the way took a few more more sketches. Eventually we got back to the lodge. When we got back we grabbed our bags and Mrs. Roberts told us what room number we were. We went in and got settled, then went downstairs to socialize during free time until it was time for dinner. After dinner, we went upstairs and got into our PJ’S. Soon after we all arrived back into the common room for Mr. Woolner to tell us stories. After the stories we went up to bed and got ready to go to sleep. I was bunking with Evie, Maddie, and Ryan, so it was really fun. But then I almost had a heart attack when shortly after when we began to doze off, brittney came barging into our room telling us that Mrs. Roberts was handing out candy. If there wasn’t candy involved I most likely would have been very mad.
