Cardigan Day Three

Day 3

We woke up at around the same time as the day before. For breakfast, we had french toast and sausage. Then we went upstairs to change and pack all of our stuff so we could go on a nature walk. It was raining that morning and would continue to rain all day. When we were walking we went to a river and observed it. The river had lots of rocks and there was a man-made bridge nearby. The rocks in the area were smooth and very slippery. While there, we also made several more drawings. There were regions when we were walking we saw that the trees changed in variety. Then we did a pH study and found macroinvertebrates and other animals. Then we had our group snack.

This walk was the shortest one we did. My group got back first and we ate lunch in the library. Then we went back outside and the bus was here and so were the other groups. All of our stuff was packed up and waiting for us there. We got on the bus and said goodbye then we were off. The bus ride home was fun! When we got to the school they unloaded our stuff and school was over for the day. Some people had games or practice when we got back to school. After that everyone went home and our Cardigan experience was over.
