Movement:
On October 2, We took a bus to Cardigan Mountain to go hiking. This is an example of Movement because the school decided to send trips there because it was a great place to go hiking. Also, the idea of having mountain lodges originated somewhere else, but moved into our area.
On that day we separated into hiking groups, and I met my guide, who moved from Oregon to get a summer job at the AMC. Soon after, we started our hike to Welton Falls, which was about a three mile round trip hike. On the way to the falls, we played several nature games and activities. After a while, we ate lunch next to a river.
After our hike, we had free time until dinner, which was lasagna, a food that moved here from Italy. After dinner, Mr, Woolner read us some stories about Blackbeard. To close out the day, we went to our rooms and talked until lights out.
