Red group. Well red.
Cardigan Mountain is just north of Merrimack, and is next to Mt. Firescrew. Cardigan is in the county of Grafton. Its in a town called Orange, I wonder what the town fruit is? Anyway, the absolute location for Cardigan's summit is 43° 38 58.4 North and 71° 54 51.7 West.

Cardigan is 3,156ft tall and is a bare rock summit that is located in Orange New Hampshire. Near the base of Cardigan there is an Appalachian Mountain Club lodge where you can stay and hike up the mountain, depending on when you go, with or without guides.
It has a very clear trail and many things to look at on the sides. It changes scenery relatively quickly and it looks amazing and the top has a great view. The entire climb is worth it and you can see for miles around. A very special place that I will definitely revisit with my family.

Our trip to Cardigan went on for three days, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. October 2nd, 3rd, and the 4th. On the first day we went to Welton Falls. On the
second day we went up Cardigan Mountain, and on the
third day we went on a tree hunt.
