Day 3
On day three we woke up to a nice breakfast of french toast. After we went to go and pack up our stuff. Personally I was pretty sad to leave because it was really fun. After we packed up we did a really cool compass scavenger hunt. And theme of geography is Region. And we walked through tons of regions on the hike. Like a region of evergreens. And at the summit of cardigan were the borders of the regions of the towns Orange and Alexandria. At the top of Cardigan is another region. The bare rock region.
After we got to a really cool hill with an awesome view of a sled hill, with mountains in the background. The hill use to be a sledding hill. So there was an old sled rope thing were you would hold on to the rope and it would pull you up. There was also an old car there and they probably used the engine to powere the rope thing. Then we went back to the AMC grabbed our stuff and went home.
