On day 2 of going to Cardigan, I woke everyone up early just to annoy them. Cassidy was not impressed. After all of us finally woke up, we realised that… Today is the day we go to the summit! I went outside to find my group Gary and the Trail Snails. First we ate a really good breakfast. Which consisted of bacon, eggs, biscuits (YUM!) and some fruit salad. But let’s not forget about the long line of kids waiting for hot chocolate. A bit later The Trail Snails climbed Firescrew which had a lot of false summits. Most of us got bored but then we started keeping our eyes on the prize. Cardigan summit! After a lot of arguing about who’s in the front of the group, our group climbed up and we reached the top(finally). After eating an awesome sandwich, except for rye bread. We hiked down the mountain and back to the lodge for...DINNER and showers. After dinner we got more stories read to us we fell asleep. WAIT… We had a super fun campfire where more stories were read to us, some where; well interesting. Now it was time for bed. Until Day3...
