Day 3
Day 3 On day 3 I went downstairs and got breakfast with some hot cocoa. After breakfast I went upstairs to get on clothes for the small hike that day.
One of the 5 themes of geography! That I saw was regions, such as where we were in the White Mountains. Our group played a game where we had to find a kind of leaf or tree, I think. As we were searching for tree I saw that there were mostly deciduous trees in the region I was in. We also played a game with a compass. Regions was involved with the games we were playing because the group had to go South, West, North, or East to find something.
Once the games were over we went back to the AMC Lodge to get packed up and ready to go. We all said our goodbyes and thank yous, to the group leader and headed back home. Looking back I can see that there was more deciduous trees than coniferous. As we were going back we went from deciduous tree's to coniferous trees. That is an example of regions because of the regions of woods. When we got back I was happy to be back in an environment I understood.
