On Day 2 at Cardigan we started by eating a breakfast of eggs and bacon. We began hiking up Firescrew and then stopped a a field to mark a waypoint and do a short trust exercise. After that we stopped to mark a waypoint of a fallen tree, and a quick water break and snack after hiking a little further we stopped to make yet another way pion this time of a little stream that we later figured out went all the way down the mountain. After a few hours we reached the top of fire screw and made sketches of cardigan from the top at that same time we stopped to eat at lunch. On the way from fire strew to cardigan we ran into another group eating their lunch and took a short break. We were now hiking up the steep rocky face of cardigan and at this point many of us started to slip and had to grab onto ridges and cracks to climb up this part. Once we reached the top of cardigan we created a way point at the fire tower, also all of these waypoints are all to show the movement of our group and comparing were we went to were other groups went. Which is a great example of movement, one of 5 themes of geography that has to do with the movement of things, Ideas, and in this case people. After this we took a group photo at made a few more sketches and waypoints before finally reaching the bottom of of cardigan and reaching the lodge to finish the hiking of that day.
