I woke up and got ready for the long trip ahead. Going down to breakfast I devoured the eggs and ate a lot of sausage. I went up stairs and got my equipment on, and I was ready to go. Meeting at the rock, we were going to begin the great hike. Going up we passed a bridge which was a good example of human environment interactions. By the bridge which is man made, and the river which is natural. After the bridge we climbed Fire Screw were we saw a amazing alpine bog. Then we hiked the saddle of Cardigan and Fire Screw. When we go to the top there was a amazing view were I could see all the way down to the lodge and farther.We could even see mount washington and other nearby towns We slowly descended down the mountain because Tucker rolled down the mountain. At then end of that day though it was a fun experience.
