On day three we first woke up to eat breakfast. Like the previous days the food was spectacular and very tasty. Soon after that we went to go on the trail where we saw many salamanders in the first ten minutes. A bit later we got down to a waterfall, well, more of a cascade, so we stopped and sketched a bit. After some long uphill work we took some breaks where we soon saw slugs on trees and some a tree that even splits into two different types of trees. After that we stopped again by a river, this time we sketched for a bit. This point on I knew we were going to be in regions of water, a theme of Geography! where it describes the general are that its in. Soon enough it was time to get right back onto the trail, but we had to skilfully find our way to the other side of the river where the rest of it was. We could’ve gone around, but that would’ve taken too long, so we had to jump our way on the stones, across the water. We went one by one, so it of course had to be me who slipped up, I got to the last step where there was two rocks where one was on top of the other, where the point in between it held a small body of water. Of course I slipped at the last step and got the same foot from the time wet again. We eventually got back to going up and down the hills where we finally saw a beautiful waterfall, cascading down from above, creating a small river from below. We ate for a while and sketched our surrounding, but soon again, it was time to go. Stopping for breaks in between, we made it back to where we started and stopped yet again for a break to sketch, this time ruins of an old home. Later we played a game and it was time to leave and go home. The ride home felt long then the ride going because I was sad to leave. It was an amazing experience that I loved, so I hope you go there one day too.
