On day 1, we arrived at Cardigan AMC Lodge from our bus. There was lots of movement that day, including the movement of the bus and playing different field games. After playing different field games, we finally had lunch and moved into our rooms. Once we got prepared to hike for the rest of the day, we hiked across a river, and lastly observed a waterfall and got some good sketches of it. Once we hiked all the way back, we had dinner and then did a night activity requiring movement. After that we listened to a story and then went to bed.
