Mount Cardigan is located in Orange/Alexandria. It has a neighboring mountain, Firescrew. Mount Cardigan is 3,156ft from sea level, and is covered in trees, the summit is all rocks. It is visited by people all over the world seeking to hike some of the Appalachian mountains. The lodge itself is amazing, it has great living arangments and service.

There are a lot of cultural things at Cardigan. There are some cellar holes and markings on trees scattered along some paths. There are two porter potties adjacent to the log, aswell as an outdoor fire pit. There are some private cabins across the mountain. And besides the log itself the most well know, man made thing at Cardigan is probably the fire tower at the summit of Cardigan.

We were there for three days, Wednesday , Thursday, and Friday
