Blue GROUP

On day three, we did the same morning routine as day two, except we hiked a different trail. We hiked for a VERY long time that day. The first stop we went to was the Cellar Hole. it was pretty much the leftovers of an old collapsed house, and all that was left was the basement only recognisable by the stones that outlined it. When we were there, we found lots of indian cucumber plants and decided to try them and see how they tasted. They tasted very similar to carrots. We continued our trek to a small waterfall that we attempted to cross without getting completely soaked, which was surprisingly difficult! We then did a sketch of the water and continued down a dirt road. The whole way down the road, we told each other riddles and jokes to pass the time. We then reached a massive waterfall that was even harder to cross! I fell in at least twice during the procedure of crossing. Once everyone was safely across, we kept hiking up in our drenched hiking boots. When we got to a good enough stopping place, we took a brake and had lunch, where we complained about being cold and wet. When we got to the end of the hike, I wish we had gone slower. I really was going to miss hiking with my friends and enjoying being outside. Eventually, all the groups came along with the bus that was supposed to take us home. We took lots of pictures and then piled onto the bus.
