The relative location of Cardigan is north of Concord, and is west of Newfound lake which is about 5 miles from the summit. Some towns around it are Grafton; about 5 miles and is north east of the summit, Dorchester which is about 6 miles and is north of the summit, Orange which about 1 ½ miles and is west of the summit, Alexandria about 5 miles and is south east from the summit. The absolute location of the fire town on Cardigan is 43.38minutes58.34secondsN 71.54minutes 51.17secondsW

Culture: Cardigan lodge was a man made home turned into a lodge for people to come and stay while they hike. Their were man marked trails to follow so you wouldn't get lost while you were hiking. Aloso people added a fire tower on to the top of the mountain, so you can go on it and get a better view of the top of Cardigan.

Physical: The hike up to the summit of Cardigan we didn't go right up to the summit we went up fire screw which had a bunch of rocks and you had to climb up a rock wall a few times so you could get to the top. Their were less tree and living plants as you got closer to the top, and it got colder and windier. very dippy at the top.

-we were there at cardigan for 3 days that would be September 23 Sunday Monday Tuesday September 24 Monday, and September 25 Tuesday. Sunday and Monday were sunny and Tuesday was rainy.
