Day 3 was a sad but fun day. It was the last day of the trip. On this day we played Camouflage, went on a nature hike, and did a stream and pond study. For breakfast we had french toast, bacon, eggs, and cantaloupe; it was delicious. This day was the one day it rained and of course we had to cross slippery rocks in the pond and stream. This is an example of movement because the rain moves tiny organisms in the tiny stream of water. Also on the face of the mountain the rain washes the organisms to the forest part of the mountain. Then we had lunch inside because it was freezing cold and raining outside. We were lucky to have such a good leader because she let us go inside. Not to mention the oranges were phenomenal that day. Believe it or not the oranges are actually an example of movement because they came from a farm in New Hampshire. Then we had to leave and go back to school. This was not the best but I was happy to go back home to my family.
