On day two of the trip are group was going up fire screw and across to Cardigan. While we were hiking up the mountain we had traveled into different regions of the mountain like the alpine region and the nordic region. The regions had different types of trees and each tree was a different high than the other trees because of the elevation level. The higher you got the smaller the tree size was at the top the trees were only 3-5 feet tall.Then we traveled over to cardigan mountain on the top of the mountain there was no much no grass or trees only moss and a little bit of dirt.
