Cardigan mountan

On day 2 we hiked mount cardigan. We started on fire screw. The bottom of fire screw was a region of where everything grew, we stoped a did a few sketches there. Then we kept hiking for a while. There were trail markers showing us the trail on the way up. About half way up to the summet it turned into a region of only ever greens. This was because we were a high altitude and evergreens can living the weather from up there. We kept hiking up and stop a few times during sketches and talking about plants. When we summited mount cardigan you would call that the middle of the region, also it was a region of almost only rocks. There were not many trees there. We stayed at the top for a little bit. We all had a snack and played around for a little bit. After around 15 minutes we started are disent. Now we were going down the opposite side of the mountain we had hiked before. That side did not take as long as it did on the other side on the way up because we were going down. We could not stop to sketch on the way down that much because of time. When we got to the AMC lodge that was the end of the trail. If you drew a line where we hiked it would show the front of the cardigan mountain region. Furthermore, Cardigan mountain is in the lakes region too.

We were at cartigan for 3 days, Sunday, Home Page, and Tuesday.

This tree was growing on a mall hill, this made it so the tree grew like that. It was a very cool sight. This tree was also growing on a hill, but this one was browingalmost strate up from the ground. But there was a rood coming out of the tree that you could see making it look like its holding on to the ground to keep it there. This fungis looks spikey but it is very delicet and soft. It is a light yellow-white. It was the first time I had ever seen it.
This is a drawing of cardigan while we were standing 3/4 to the summit of fire scew. It was mostly looked all rocky with a tower on top. This tree or trees is two trees coming up from the same place. It makes it look like one tree split in half to make 2. This was drawn while standing on cardigan mountan. You could see all these mountans in the distence like a mountan range. There were at least 6 or 7.

This is a map of where we hiked
