Cardigan Mountain is located in the western middle part of New Hampshire in the town of Orange. After hiking up the rocky mountain there is a fire tower at the summit. The towers absolute location is 43.65 degrees North and 71.91 degrees West. There is water near the tower.

Besides the gorgeous view at the summit, Cardigan Mountain has many beautiful physical attributes. When you hike up the trails it is rocky and there are some trees along the way. We saw lots of dead and knocked down trees along the trails too. When you get to the top of Fire Screw there are plants and grass. At the summit by the Fire Tower it is flat and wet. There are many cultural attributes of Cardigan Mountain too. During our time there it was not really busy besides our group being there. Our group had two tour guides that went with us and showed us the trails. We used a map they gave us to help us navigate up the mountain and there were trail markers along the trail to help us too. we were at cardigan for 3 days sunday monday and tuesday
