Wednesday was our first day on our cardigan field trip. We all arrived at the school, trading our sleepiness for excitement. After we packed up our luggage, we all piled up into the bus. Me and my friends spent the entire time screeching obnoxious songs at the top of our lungs. Once we got there we unpacked and played some games outside. After that we got into our groups and went on our first hike. Our group went to see the waterfall, after some tedious hiking we got to a pond beneath the waterfall. The water had a cool yellow-orange gradient on it, and overall it was very peaceful. Soon enough we started to make our way back, but before that we went to take a closer look at the waterfall itself. We made our way up to a ledge that was surrounded by a fence. The fence was obviously put there by humans to prevent people from falling off. This is an example of Human/Invironmeant Interaction It had probably been put there a while ago, judging by the rust of the chains. The view of the waterfall was breathtaking, and two kids reenact that one scene from titanic. Overall it was a lot of fun for a hike.
