Physical Location

Cardigan Mountain is located in Orange, New Hamphire. It is also the mountain next to Fire Screw. The latitude and longitude are both from the top of cardigan; 43 degrees 38' 59.1" N , 71 degrees 54' 50.9" W. The summit of cardigan has no trees making it open , it is very very rocky, there are lots of random ledges around the top. We stayed in the AMC lodge which is located on the bottom of Mount Cardigan.

Place-Cultural

Cultural is anything man made. Cardigan's AMC lodge is an example of cultural geography, there are many many AMC lodges spread througout the Appalachian Mountain range. On the top of Cardigan we all were speaking English. There was a man made fire tower on the summit of Cardigan. The trails we hiked to summit the mountain were man made.

We were at cardigan for 3 days, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
