The physical aspects of Cardigan Mountain are starting clearly with the fact that there is one bare, rocky peak at the top. Also, there are woodsy and hilly areas of hiking trails all around it. Next, the trails that people hike on are either muddy with roots, or rocky and steep. Finally, there are carvings in the rock at the top that have been there for 150 years or more.
The cultural aspects are mainly started out with the fact that the AMC lodge is run by people. Next, the trails were made by people, and we all were alive when we went hiking. Also, it is on the line of Orange and Alexandria, and there is a firetower/watchtower at the very peak.
Cardigan Mountain is located roughly on the border of Alexandria and Orange, New Hampshire. Also, it is very close to Newfound Lake. The AMC lodge at the base of it and Firescrew Mountain is roughly east of it, and of course from the top you can see two lakes. It is roughly 3000 feet above sea level, and it is at the peak coordinates: 43 degrees 38 minutes 58.4 seconds North, and 71 degrees 54 minutes 50.9 seconds West.
We were at Cardigan for three days: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
