Day Two
The theme that I chose for the second day is movement. The way we did things involving movement were moving people, all the way from the lodge, up to the top of Mt. Firescrew, over to Mt. Cardigan, and down to the lodge. Also, ideas moved while we were doing the skits by the campfire at night, from person to person. Next, ideas also moved to the other friends in the hiking groups for activities to do while hiking. Finally, things like water moved from the taps to the bottles, and of course, things like backpacks moved to the top of the mountain on the backs of people, to be able to have lunch, and rain gear that was not already worn. Also, on day two at free time many of the kids (10 or 11) played a game or two of “Mafia” or “Trouble in Terrorist Town” on the porch.
