Day One
On Day one, we arrived to the AMC Cardigan Lodge on the bus. This is an example of Human Environment Interaction- People cut down trees many years ago for the roads that helped buses travel to Cardigan easily. Also, the gas that runs the bus goes into the environment and slightly damages nature. Also, there was an example on that day of how the food that we didn’t eat at dinner went to the pigs at a farm in nature, who’s owner(human), in turn, plowed snow for the lodge, when weather (environment), made snow. Aside from what relates to the theme, on day one we had some name and getting to know you games in the main field outside the lodge. This was when we arrived, to get acquainted with the place. Finally, everyone had a short little hike, my group did a pond study at the pond outside the lodge, and then we all sat down to a wonderful dinner of pulled pork.
