There's a lot of islands in the Caribbean, and a lot of people on those islands. In this region, there are a very wide varierty of religons, problems, and programs. There are a large amount of citizens from Cuba that have come to the USA, bringing their widley worshipped religion with them. In Montserrat , the citizens are facing the threat of an active volcano, but are retaliating against and preparing for an explosion. The Bahamas offers neuroscience programs where students can go abroad to learn about neuroscience. The last example is of the big problem in Puerto Rico ; Hurricane Maria. While that threat vanished long ago, islanders are still feeling the effects- some still don't even have power!
