Day 2

I woke up to the sound of someone doing stuff. I don't remember it because I just woke up. It was a calm morning but as people woke up it got more and more crazy. But there was hot chocolate and in my favorite chair so it was alright for me. I ate a small breakfast and got ready for the day. I packed a sandwich and got all prepared for hiking Firescrew and Cardigan. As we set off we did a game here and a game there. I was the navigator because I had a compass. It was a calm hiking morning.

When we finally summited Firescrew after Sophia fell asleep and we ate lunch I noticed that the farther we got up the less species of trees there were. At the bottom there were all trees. Pine, Birch, Oak, etc. At the top of Firescrew there was a mud pit that almost consumed all of our boots. Lucky they were made to not be completely ruined. You can say that was HEI. I thought that was cool. But after a few sketches we were off for the main prize. Cardigan.

That little stretch might have been my favorite. An up and a down. The top of Cardigan was pretty much just the same as Firescrew but there were kites here and a fire tower. After Cardigan we went to the high cabin with triple decker bunk beds. That was fun. Then there was the final bumpy path to the lodge.

That night for dinner it was lasagna but for me I just ate a ton of bread sticks. They were good bread sticks. Then we did a outside skit thing which our teams did. GO TEAM MOIST MOSTRIGIS. I Didn't do anything. Which made me a little upset but what can you do. Then we got ready for bed, story time, then final conversation with our bunkmates then we slept.
