Hammocks I think that this was probably a very helpful thing to have discovered because it is a big part of today's culture, Cotton This I am not exactly sure if they discovered because it is unclear. But if he did, that is pretty cool because a lot of our clothing is made out of cotton, Sweet Potatos I love sweet potatoes because they are easy to make into many different meals, Gold and Silver this was evil of them because they weren't actually in Asia where there was an abundance of them. And the Pepper Vegetable, this was a misunderstanding because they wanted to find the pepper spice, but Columbus just found the vegetable and decided to call it pepper so he could say that he found pepper

Summary: when columbus and his crew were in Cuba, the natives taught them many different new things about their culture. Columbus’s crew loved the new things, but some of them thought that some of the things that they did were very bad decisions. Like rolling the tobacco leaves and smoking them. But they loved most of the new things. Like the corn maize which the natives made into flour. Or sweet potatoes. The Natives Taught Columbus and his crew very many things that were very beneficial to everyone there, and back home.
