Cardigan mountain is located in Orange/ Alexandria, NH, It is located at 43 degrees 38 minutes 59 seconds North and 71 degrees 54 minutes 54 seconds West. It is about 2.5 miles from the AMC lodge. The AMC lodge is located 43 degrees 38 minutes 59 seconds North and 71 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West. THe AMC lodge is on Valley road, Alexandria, NH.
Some of the physical factors that were at Cardigan include rivers (streams), Trees (Pine, Maple, Hemlock), the alpine bog ( which was nearing Fire Screw) and dramatic weather changes. For example, session 1 received hot, dry weather while session 2 received cold, wet rainy weather.
Some cultural features that were at Cardigan include bunks,( the type of wood they are made of, where from), clothing (that people wore in their free time), food served ( tacos, salad, scrambled eggs).
We were there from Sunday (October 1st), Monday (October 2nd) and Tuesday (October 3).
