Day 2

On day 2, I woke up and got ready to go downstairs for breakfast. Breakfast was a muffin and some fruit and sides. Then we went outside and got ready to go hiking up Cardigan. About halfway up the mountain, you could notice that we changed forest zones, or regions, which is one of the 5 themes of geography. At the top, we went into the fire tower and learned how they use fire towers to locate fires. We stayed at the top for a while, then we hiked back down, seeing the High Cabin on the way. After we got down, we had some free time, and after that, dinner. Later on, we went outside to the lit campfire, and we played some games. Then we went back inside, Mr. Woolner told stories, and then we all went to bed.
