I picked movement for my topic for Day 1. We went from day 1 for geography our school to the AMC Lodge and the ride took about an hour. After that we went and played games like Prey And Predator. After we got our group leader we went to go hiking. My group Leader was Josh and our group consisted of Me, Mateo, Owen G, Bryce, Paige, Sophie, Juliet and Izzy. After hiking for about 2 hours we got there. Which I think is a great example of movement. We took a break for a little bit looking at the waterfall and touching my fluffy coat. After that we went inside the cave and took off again. We got back to the Lodge played some games that involved movement like running and ate dinner. I was really tired and didn't really feel like doing anything after that so I read in my bed which is at the top bunk and there's no ladder so I have to parkour up every time trying to avoid my head banging the roof. After what felt like an hour of trying to position myself to go to bed I finally dozed off.
