Cardigan had a lot of physical features that I found interesting. The feature I found most interesting was that at the top there were barely any plants or anything and there was no grass. The only place I saw vegetation on the peak was 3 small bushes next to a pretty big puddle. Where on other mountains I see a lot of grass at the peaks like Firescrew. Also Cardigan gets steeper upward which most mountains do but has big over hangings of rocks. There are also a lot of tree flagging in a certain area which I didn't notice but seems interesting. The most obvious cultural thing in Cardigan was the trails. Including the flags on top of the trees. The cool part that was different from the other mountains where though was they built a lot of bridges across the trail where they where water. It most of took a lot of time to build the bridges higher up on the mountain. One thing I found funny was that about half way across the mountain they was just a very old ladder on a half cut tree. I don't know why it was there but it was pretty funny. On the top of mount Cardigan was a big tower. We couldn't get inside it though even though it was really cold. On the towers power box was some graffiti which I was surprised to see since they would have to bring some spray paint all the way up.

We went to Cardigan for 3 days 25 to 27 2016. Sunday Monday and Tuesday .
