My Amazing Awesome Cardigan Trip

The location of the maplock

We saw a weird looking tree at cardigan. It was a very rare mix of two hemlocks and a maple. We decided to call it a maplock, it was huge. It was on the Welton falls trail at cardigan. It was N 43 degrees 34 minutes 30.7 seconds and W 71 degrees 52 minutes 7.1secoond. It was just one of the cool things at cardigan.

Place

Cardigan is a special and different place both physical and cultural. Its special and different physically because it had a bare rock summit on top which is different to hopkinton. Its view was awesome which I have never seen, that made it more special.There was also a maplock, a mix of maple and hemlock. I also seen bailey brook. There were lots of mushrooms. Welton falls was amazing, it was big and lots of cool water. Alpine brook was a rare sight. There are only three in new hampshire. There was a pond across the AMC lodge which had salamanders and frogs. At the summit the were caires. On the trails there was indian cucumber. There was lots of physical things at Cardigan.

Cardigan was also culturally special with the firetower. We were not allowed in but it was still cool. At the top of Cardigan we seen some wind turbines. On the way back from the summit of Cardigan we saw a old car. We were at the lodge which was awesome because every morning we got hot chocolate. We went on lots of ski trails.There was some good food, like chicken with mustard,bacon and spaghetti. At the last night we went to the fire pit and we sang songs and THE ATTACK OF THE NOODLE PEOPLE. When I first arrived I had seen some solar panels. There was a crew bridge to. Of course there was lots of camp sites. There was lots of physical and cultural things that made cardigan special and different.

We were there on sunday, We Were there on monday and We were there on tuesday.
