Cardigan mountain
Day 2
Today was the most important day. As we woke up we all knew we were going on a fun hike with our friends up Mt.Cardigan and we were all excited. So we ate breakfast and the. Packed our lunch and so on. Then we were all ready to go so we went outside and got into groups. We were the Crispy Turtles, and we hiked that mountain pretty well and the good thing is that we got along. If someone in our group was slower we would all walk at their pace and what they wanted and no one would whine or make fun of whoever was slow. Our spirit got us up the mountain and down. Getting up there the only cool thing was pj ledge. It was where we ate lunch and had an amazing view of New Hampshire. Then we hiked up and up for another hour and a half until we got to the top. The view was amazing! We spent some time up there and felt the wind and found a baby pine tree through the crack of a rock and just looked at the view. Then it was time to head down to firescrew it was easy because it was all down hill but pretty fun too. When we got there we saw a super rare bird called a Merlin then we looked at one of the I think 8 alpine bogs in New England and did a transect. Then we did a sketch and headed down to the lodge. We got back got into our night clothes and then listened next to the fire a camp person sing and play guitar. Then we listened to mr. Woolners uncles book, it was very good. Then we went to bed. This is an example of regions.
