Day 2 at Cardigan

On day 2, we hiked to the summit of two mountains, Cardigan and Firescrew. At the summit of Cardigan, there was a fire tower and we ate lunch next to it while enjoying the view. At the summit of Firescrew, the was a glacial tarn that was pretty cool. The way up and down were very steep, especially on the way up. There was a super long and twisty ski trail we had to hike up for a long time. On our way, we saw examples of human environment interaction. People put the fire tower, the windmills, and also unfortunately, people left trash on the summit of Cardigan. For dinner, we had chicken, salad, and vegetables. After that, we had a campfire, and Andy showed us a weird owl call that turned out to be not so complicated as he made it seem...then the staff put on a skit for us.
