When I went to Cardigan Mountain I was amazed to see what I could see just from getting of the bus. I saw Mountains, AMC lodge, the pond across the AMC lodge, mushrooms, ect. We put our bags down on the front lawn and did some really fun games/ activities, we did prey and prededors, and went on nature hikes. My group saw tons of hobble bush, rockwalls, wood signs pointing in many different directions, fire places, maplock trees, mushrooms, spruce, and tons more. The second day of Cardigan we hiked Mt. Firescrew, and Mt. Cardigan. On our way up to the summit of Firescrew I saw a ton of hobble bush, saw a ski trail, hand-made bridges, red maple, sugar maple. We also took some stops along the way up. We took tons of sketechs. We also saw merlock, and daily brooks. Finally we got to the summit we stopped and ate lunch. 25-30 mins later we started up to the summit of Cardigan. The hike way been a little long but we did it. We did take alot of breaks on the way up to the summit, we sketched, and we ate. We also saw carins. Carins are these tower made up of rocks and I refer them to landmarks, because I see them all the time when I hike. In the middle of our hike we saw this awesome huge quartz rock in the center of granite. We thought that was extremely wierd. On the third day we did another small hike and my group went to the waterfalls. I used water color from the waterfall water and my paint. So that was movement. There was a chained of area for people to see the waterfall, but it was kinda run down.

Cultural- People have made the paths up to the mountains. Trees wouldn't make way for people when they walk by and then go back to a blocked path everytime someone walks there. It just wouldn't make any scence. The quartz rock in the middle of our hike up to Mt. Firescrew was surrounded by granite rock. Mr. Woolner had us scketech the rock because we don't know how it got there.

Physical- You know how that sticky stuff runs down the side of the tree! Well that sticky sutff is called sap. We call it maple syrup because there is a factory that makes the sap tastey, adn we put that syrup on our pancakes and waffles, at least I do anyway. The factory puts sugar into the sap and someone tastes it and makes sure that it is good and many other people will like it.

Many things in our world are cultural and physical, we may just not notice it as much as we should.
