The first day we came to Cardigan was in a bus, the travel time was about an hour and a half. When we arrived all our bags and carrying were brought out and we than met our counselors. My counselor was named Josh. Josh explained everything we had to do than we then moved on the grass and we had a picnic that came from our home so it moved from my house to Cardigan. After our picnic that took about 1 hour, we did a fun game and we went to our bunk rooms. Then we started to get ready for our hike to Welton Falls. When we were all ready Josh chose the leader and the sweeper, and two people that will have the GPS on the trail. We moved from the beginning of the trail to the end of it. When we started hiking we started to observe all around us. On our way we did a couple of sketches than Josh presented us the Indian Cucumber, he even made us taste the root of which tasted like honey and sugar with some water mixed in it. Than after a while of hiking we arrived at Welton Falls. It was a old water cascade with a really cool cave where you could see everything. After posing for a while we went back to the Cardigan Lodge. We all moved together from the beginning to the end of the trail than to the end back to the beginning . When we were back at Cardigan Lodge Josh explained us how dinner will happen and also he told us the rules of the lodge. When we had dinner the first night we had some spaghetti and meatballs and for desserts we had brownies and ice cream it was really good. When I looked at my watch I imagined all the places it moved from, it started in Paris to Hopkinton, Hopkinton to AMC logde, AMC lodge to Welton Falls. It moved the same way as I did. Than We did night games outside the lodge. When we moved back in we all got in our pajamas and brush your teeth and took showers, Mr. Wollner told us a story about pirates and then we moved to our beds .
