Day 1 at Cardigan

Regions

Early in the morning, we arrived at Hopkinton Middle High School. We were all dropped of by our parents to the bus in the back of the school. After the long bus ride we arrived at the AMC Cardigan Lodge. We were in Alexandria NH, USA. That's near Newfound, Orange & Wellington. We ended up hiking a short way stopping often to examine plants & sketch. We came back and had some free time. That night at dinner we had tacos. In order to go and get yours, you would have to correctly answer a question. After getting multiple question wrong, they asked what the name of the fastest flying bird was. I correctly answered Peregrine Falcon and my table went up. When dinner was done, we would go up to change into warmer clothes for our night hike. It was almost pitch black and we had to walk with blindfolds. We hiked in the beginning of the trails. All of us depended on directions and our other senses. At the end, I headed up to the girls floor into my room and went to bed. Tomorrow is Saturday.
