Green Group (D1 B4)

On day three, the 26th of September, we woke up, had some hot chocolate and breakfast, and after measuring the amount of ort, which at the AMC lodge is a word for food waste. We got into our groups to go hiking. In my new group, because our chaperone had to leave, we headed out on the Manning trail to Welton Falls. We hiked around, explored the river and had some M&Ms. Then we came back, after seeing the caves and slipping into the stream a couple of times because we werent doing what we were told to do and exploring dangerous spots. We hiked back and went on a solitary walk for about three minutes by our selves fo the last stretch of the trail before arriving at the lodge. The bus came to pick us up after we moved around by the big boulder for a while, and we all got on and headed home. They told us to move the concept of ort home with us, but I don’t think anyone is going to do that.
