the third day

Day 3 started like the others, with french toast fruit and sausage for breakfast and then packing our lunch and bag for the day. Todays hike was down the manning trail and through the nature loop. At the nature loop we saw a lot of bridges and mushrooms but the most interesting was this one white mushroom. That mushroom was pure white but looked like an oyster shell the were called oyster mushrooms and they were edible they were really cool. Then we saw dragon plantain some time of ground cover. Than the best part of the day happened during the end of the day we went up this huge hill that was covered in fren’s. When we got to the top I saw a bunch of rusty metal. It turns out that hill was once a ski hill there was a car used to pull people up with rope and it also powered a pulley system that was used to power something else. After we got back from the hill it was time to go so we loaded all the gear into the trailer and got on the bus. When the bus started we all waved out the window at our concealers and went back home to where we started moving to school.
