Day 2 was the day of the big hike. We would hike 2 mountains Firescrew and then Cardigan. But it didnt start so fast everybody woke got changed to have breakfast. I dont remember what we had that day but a bet it was really good like all the other meals. After breakfast they had us pack our launch and food into our bags because we would not be coming back in time to have launch at the lodge. I packed a ham and cheese sandwich with white bread and a little lettuce. We started our hike going up Firescrew first. Our Instructor/group leader assigned someone to set the pace. We stop several time to rest and draw. At the top of fires crew we waved at the other group at the top of Cardigan. We also wrote down landmarks we saw and took the longitude and latitude of the summit of Fires Crew and Cardigan. The theme was people movement because it would draw people to cardigan to see the view and all the plants and animals. When we decided to hike back down we went down Cardigan. It was steep and my feet got really sore. When we arrived back we were one of the last groups to get back. After everyone was back at the lodge we had dinner. After dinner we were given free time till they told us to come down stairs. We got read stories and then went to bed.
