Cardigan is a location on a map and in the world. There are two types of location there is a relative location and there's an absolute location. The relative location of cardigan would be something like, “next to Firescrew with the fire watch tower on the baer rock summit.” The absolute location is the specific location the latitude and the longitude for example An Indian cucumber that I drew is located at 43 degrees and 38 minutes 59.9 seconds north and 71 degrees 53 minutes and 15.3 seconds west. But you cant get the latitude and the longitude of a place that big so you would have to take the latitude and longitude of the summit or just a landmark on the mountain itself.

Place

Mnt. Cardigan is a special place and it is very different from other places in many ways. Many of its physical feature are very nice. For Instance the view from the top of cardigan is very nice you can see the other mountains and lots of wind turbines in the distance. There are lots of physical features that are very special. On and near Cardigan there are plants like the New York Fern and lots of hobble bush. Their is a very special tree or two trees that were nicknamed Maplock because the two trees have wrapped around each other and have gotten to the point where the are all most one tree. Another special landmark at cardigan is a line of dead trees going thru the forest.

Cardigan is different from other places on earth. The Cultural differences at things like the fire tower on the top of cardigan the bridges and lodges scattered around. The food at the amc lodge is great and different. The campfire pit that we sat around on the last night is a difference it is something that cardigan has. There are many things that separate cardigan from the rest of the world.

We were there for 3 days.
