My Wonderful Trip to Cardigan

Where is Cardigan?

The Absolute location of cardigan summit is . 43.6498 degrees N, 71.9148 degrees W if you want to go there One relative location that Cardigan is New Hampshire. The town it is in is Alexandria.

The AMC lodge Is a great place to get food and rest after a long day of hiking with many bunk rooms to keep a lot of guests.our group was there for 3 days. The food is fantastic. They prepare a meal that will fill you up for a week. They set up games for a big group like Predators v.s prey. They make awesome campfires with fun actites to fo at the campfires. Also their great councillors that teach you all about plants and trees. They also help you save food by doing ORT. ORT is a system where you only take what you can eat. If you want more you can have more It is a great way to save food. The AMC lodge is a wonderful place all around.

Cardigan mountain is a very special and different from any other mountain . Cardigan mountain has many great things to see on the the way up to the top. There is lots of mica in the rocks. Also there is glacial acetic and when you get to the top the view like no other. You can see for miles and miles across the land.But you don't just have to hike up Cardigan. There are other trails too. The trail that leads you to Welton Falls which is a beautiful little water fall with caves behind it that you can go into. These are just a few of the great hikes you can take at Cardigan. We were at Cardigan on Sunday and also on Monday and our last day was Tuesday. It was so much fun I wish I coud stay longer even thought it get back soon was 3 days long. Creative Commons License
