My Really Cool Cardigan Trip

September 30 - October 2 Blue Group D1B2

Cardigan mountain lodge is located in Orange NH, near the towns of Alexandria and Bristol. Two towns to the Southeast of Cardigan. Cardigan State Park is just South of Cardigan Mountain. The AMC lodge also known as "Cardigan Lodge" is located just South of the mountain pretty close to the base. Just North of the mountain is Fowler river.

We were there for three days, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Day 1 was September 30th, it was rainy when we arrived then continued for a while. Later in the day it cleared out a little more. Then, on day 2 it was mostly sunny, with a few wind chills. On day 2 we climbed Firescrew and Mt. Cardigan and it was chilly on top of the mountains. On day 3 it rained in the morning and it cleared up than we left to come back. We ended on October 3rd
