Mount Cardigan is located near the towns of Orange and Alexandria in New Hampshire. The elevation of the mountain is 3156 ft.. It has two mountains next to it, Firescrew and Orange mtn.. It is located at 43.6498 degrees N, 71.9148 degrees W.

Physical geography was shown throughout the visit. There was a lot of nature surrounding us on the hike. At the top of Firescrew and Cardigan, there was a big forest fire and a lot of trees were burnt down. There was also marks left by animals, and we found a mark left in a tree from a deer's antler.

There were also signs of cultural geography on the mountain. There were blazes marking the trails that were painted by humans. Humans built the lodge near the mountain that we stayed in. Humans also made the trails clearer by stepping on them so many times.

We were there on a warm Sunday, Sept. 27, a hot Monday, Sept. 28, and a cool, rainy Tuesday Sept. 29.
